Numbers today do not dictate whether your organization has the capability to grow in the future, yet they are the focus of leadership. Month to month, business results are compared and taken as references for future outcomes.

Organic growth requires analysis and adjustment of a totally different level. Instead of focusing only on past results, we need to look at the individual, their relationships within teams, their work, and ultimately, how it all affects the organization's climate. The difficulty for management is then to improve performance on multiple dimensions. Improvement requires knowledge and awareness of an individual's thinking and behavioral patterns, motivators, and influential capabilities. Once we have an understanding of all these factors, leadership can adjust.

When all elements are at their peak performance, it will automatically result in organic growth.
